About Conway Dunaus Heating and Cooling

and Cooling specialists.

Our Philosophy: "Quality and value are always a better choice over the cheapest price." We don't compromise on performance, backing every installation with our signature 6-Year Workmanship Warranty.

The Directors' Story & Company History

The modern story of Conway Heating & Cooling began in 1980 when trade veterans Peter Skinner and Rod Austin joined forces to take ownership of the company. Recognizing the potential of the business—which originally established its roots in Blackburn—Peter and Rod set out to transform a local neighborhood shop into a premier HVAC service provider across Victoria.

Together, Peter and Rod have built a legacy defined by technical expertise, internal workforce development, and an unyielding commitment to long-term reliability. Under their shared leadership, Conway Heating & Cooling has grown from a humble local shop into an enterprise of nearly 30 specialized professionals, all dedicated to delivering uncompromising quality to residential and commercial clients alike.

Rod’s initial visit provided sound advice and responsiveness to additional queries was great. The installation went smoothly and I felt I was well informed of the process on the day. My mother thought the team was very efficient and each knew their role in the process. The pickup of the rubbish was timely and great. Thanks again to you and your team for a job well done.
